Jez cooks food that tingles taste buds and nourishes and stimulates your body. My knowledge is gained from a wide spectrum of cuisines and built on my passion for learning about different cultures and eating.
From the shores of Cornwall to the towers of Tokyo. From beach huts in Vietnam to taverns in the Himalayas. From pintxos in San Sebastian to home cooked food in Sicily. I enjoy combining ingredients and flavours to build on traditional cooking and create original recipes.
I work as a private chef, catering for individuals, families and events as well as every Friday at the Red Hedgehog Café in Highgate.
